I had a very interesting experience today.)) For the first time in my life in the service sector, I observe this. We wanted to start taking our child to kindergarten on Bekturova 4. My wife asked me to come in and take a look. I came and was greeted by the manager, a pleasant woman, who showed me the group and the common room for warming up. Overall, I liked everything. My main question was: is there access to video surveillance? With this question, I contacted the management at 777 602 000 (they only answer in correspondence, they refused to talk). To which the answer was NO. I clarified why they were against it, and received this response: "I'm the supervisor. Unfortunately, I do not discuss such issues. If it doesn't suit you, you can choose another kindergarten." And this is at the beginning of communication with a potential client.))) After that, I asked for a draft contract, I wanted to see the responsibility of the parties, actions in controversial situations, and whether they provide a video recording. The answer surprised me even more.: "The project? Why do you want to change the rules of the garden to suit your conditions? If it doesn't suit you, you can choose another institution. Please don't negotiate with me." After that, I asked a question: how can I address this supervisor by name, since he/she did not introduce himself at the beginning. And after that message, I was just blocked.)))) My conclusion is that the management is completely inadequate. If this is the attitude at the start, what can we talk about if something happens in kindergarten? And if the management initially behaves inappropriately, then the same can be expected in the future. Although I'll clarify: the place itself made a good first impression. Dear parents, it's up to you, of course, but we refused even a trial lesson. In my opinion, such communication is a "Complete bottom".
