I decided to order concrete for repairs in my garage. Through an Internet search, I found a contact number and called. In a telephone conversation, I asked about the cost of M-500 cement and the minimum volume for delivery, after which the conversation did not work out in the best way. The manager began to be rude, pointing out that I needed to learn more about concrete, and not "read what is written on the bag." He said that I was arguing and no one buys M-500 cement. I just gave one example of the purchase of such a brand of concrete by my friends. Periodically, he raised the tone in the conversation, turning to shouting, and when asked "Why are you being rude?", he replied that he would not sell me concrete. I would like to convey to the person that communicating with clients in such a manner does not color him or the organization he represents. I may not be knowledgeable enough about this topic and I'm not asking you to take the time to teach me this. All I need is a 5-minute consultation with a qualified manager in a calm tone without ridicule and scolding.
