Almost zero customer orientation, they allow themselves to be imposing in communication, starting from the designer, ending with installers. If problems arise, you have to call 10 times to come fix your joints. Naturally, they do not give out any guarantee for their products, hence this attitude towards the most seemingly expensive thing for them - their customers! I am unlikely to address them again in the future.
