Terrible Service - Avoid This Store! We had an awful experience at this jewelry store. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in assisting me. We waited for over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence, and when someone finally did, they were dismissive and condescending. To make matters worse, they acted as if my questions were a nuisance , on top it they would talk during work time with someone on non business related topics over the phone .For a store that claims to offer high-quality products, their customer service is shockingly poor. We will never shop here again and do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience. One star is too generous!
