I visited this store and came across a frankly unacceptable level of service. They brought me two suits to try on. I put on the first one and went out into the hall, completely ignored by the seller. No comments, no help, no interest. Then I tried on the second suit, but it didn't fit either. I stood and waited, hoping for a consultation or an alternative suggestion, but I received absolutely zero attention. After that, she changed her clothes and, already disappointed, headed for the exit. It was only at the very last moment, when it was obvious that the purchase had failed, that I was formally offered help and began to say, "Let's try something else." But it was too late — the mood and desire to buy were completely ruined. Separately, I would like to note the behavior of the store owner. Instead of apologies and an attempt to sort things out, the seller was aggressively defended and the situation was completely devalued. As they say, every sandpiper praises his swamp — that's exactly what happened. The client's opinion obviously doesn't matter here. The conclusion is simple: in this store, the customer is noticed only when he is already leaving. With this attitude, there is no need to talk about service, customer orientation and the desire to return.

The girls are wonderful! I really like their energy and the store itself. It can be found for any figure, and the clothes are of high quality. I don't visit this store often, but I haven't left the store without buying more than once, but every time I go in, I can't leave without buying.
