If you want a pleasant, peaceful hotel with a good location, then feel free to choose Alexia.
Fresh rooms, good cuisine, decent bar with really delicious cocktails.
One of the disadvantages is the boring animation. Invited artists 2-3 times a week. 3-4 people have their own animators.
The audience is mostly over 35. So don't expect rousing discos and foam parties.
For that, there is a beautiful promenade along the sea, 150 m away, leading to the ancient Side. 1.5 kilometers away and you will be surprised by the variety of discobars, karaoke and restaurants of all stripes. That's where the nightlife is
Minus only for the animation. Otherwise, everything is great.

We got into this hotel by accident. The tour was purchased at the Royal Side Paradise. But by the time of arrival, this hotel was closed and settled in Alexia. We really liked it. The location is right in the middle of the promenade, the sea is 2 steps away. Food, drinks, cocktails alco and without. The bar is replenished daily (water, mineral water, Lipton tea, juice, 2 types of soda, beer) . There is no bar on the beach as such. The man gives out Tuborg beer in cans and soft drinks. The disadvantage is that there is no toilet or changing room . Either to a toll booth (nearby), or to a hotel. It didn't cause us any inconvenience. The hotel is 18+ . There is a coffee break and ice cream at certain hours. There is some kind of animation in the evening - we are not amateurs . We took them to a nightclub ( I don't remember the name, on the embankment, in the open air) - very cool! Antique Side is 10- 15 minutes away. There is an exchange office opposite the hotel. Rubles are also being changed. The bar at the reception is 24 hours. We had a rest in the middle of October, 2024. I would love to come back here again.

We drove in the hope that the reviews and description of the hotel would be true, and we were pleasantly surprised that we had not lost. A lovely and new hotel.
Of the advantages, I want to note:
1. Excellent service (pleasant and polite waiters, although they did not understand Russian, but they were perfectly located. The tables in the restaurant were cleaned up very quickly and the drinks were clarified).
2. Excellent spa. We didn't have much luck with the weather on the first two days, but we had a great time at the spa. I advise you to choose a spa program, we had a second one, it came out with other people. The staff at the spa is also very polite, one man speaks Russian, told us everything and showed us what and where it is, and what we can use freely, we didn't even ask, it was very pleasant. The clean and warm indoor pool, hammam, sauna and Turkish bath are just great.
3. Nutrition. Well, it's beyond praise. My young man is a chef and he was satisfied. You rarely find such food, but we've been to a lot of places. The selection is very diverse and very tasty. There is also a snack bar where you can order a la carte for free.
4. In the evening, have a nice time in the lobby, near the bar, very nice guys, served quickly.
5. There is a great coffee shop next to the hotel, just two steps away, where they make excellent coffee
6. The beach is 3 minutes away. The beach is clean. There is a private area on the beach where a man works and gives out drinks for free in any quantity. He also monitors the cleanliness of the territory. It's very pleasant to be there and it's not scary to leave things.
7. Near the promenade and the old town. It's really cool to walk there in the evening and enjoy the views.
8. The room cleaning is excellent. We found a wonderful woman. She asked me every day how I was doing and how I was resting. The room was cleaned every day, towels were also changed and everything was replenished.
The refrigerator with drinks was replenished daily.
Maybe the hotel doesn't have a special territory, but we didn't need it, we didn't come to sit in the hotel.
There is a swimming pool, bars, a restaurant.
The hotel is mostly used by Europeans, but we also didn't notice it in any way. Everything is perfectly located. There is no division into Germans and Russians in this hotel, they treat everyone the same.
We will definitely come again. We just fell in love with this hotel.

Overall, the hotel is nice, quite fresh. The kitchen is of high quality, there is a dish of the day every evening. The main disadvantages are the staff and the quality of cleaning. The young lady in the bar pours a cocktail with such a face that you start to think that you are not a guest, a servant. The reception is about the same, you can come up and wait until they pay attention to you. Room cleaning is a separate story - it is simply not accepted to iron bed linen in a hotel, and you never understand whether your linen has been changed or not, pick up a dirty towel from the floor, roll it up and put it as clean, this is just the norm. Another point is the evening shows: if you have a room with a view of the sea = the pool, then you have to listen to everything that is happening very loudly until midnight.

Wonderful hotel, vacation October 2024!
The food is at the highest level, cleanliness, daily cleaning and high quality. The only thing is, the drinks sometimes ran out, the choice was mostly from local, rooms from 01 to...07 windows overlook the neighboring hotel (windows). You just have to take it into account. the food is normal and varied - a buffet, there is also a snack bar by the pool and an ala-kart restaurant. but in 10 days, of course, we got tired of almost the same thing, and who likes what, we didn't stay hungry. There are themed dinners like turkey night and fish night.
a variety of drinks in bars: alcoholic and non-alcoholic. the lobby is the most delicious, and even the juices are very diluted in other places.

A wonderful hotel. Comfortable rooms decorated in a modern style. Very comfortable mattresses. A huge balcony with 2 sun beds and a table with chairs (I lived in a comfort standard with a side view of the sea). The cleanliness is impeccable. The bar was replenished every day (free of charge), stocks of coffee, tea and water.
The beach is sandy, the water in the sea is clean. The beach service, however, has failed, there is no toilet, but there is plenty of water and beer! All this is managed and kept clean by the sweetest guy Alex.

I am here for the 3rd day out of 10, the impression is as follows: the food is still varied, we got on a Turkish night; cleaning every day, but they do not change towels; around some Germans from the guests will hear hello / good morning - without fate, only morgen; the sun beds are all occupied by the pool, you have to run with towels at 7 a.m.; the beach area is also very small, there are no seats at all there is enough; in the evening there is animation, but only German songs are played. We stayed at this hotel in July 2023. The hotel is more urban, stylish,good 5*. The territory of the hotel is small.For walking there is a beautiful promenade not far from the hotel.The rooms in the hotel are good,freshly renovated, in the room:air conditioning,tea/coffee maker,kettle,free mini-bar,safe. There are all accessories in the bathroom, cotton pads, nail files, and a comb separately in a container. There are slippers. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed strangely, then one, then all)))The hotel has 2 swimming pools (outdoor/indoor), a poolbar, a snack bar, an amphitheater where animation is performed, there were enough sun beds for everyone.Buffet meals, delicious food, excellent chefs, everything was reported on time. Many thanks to the waiter Deniz, the staff are great, they clean everything quickly, offer drinks, always smile, say hello.The beach is not far from the hotel-4min. The beach is private, it is small, there is water/beer on the beach. On the beach, there is a shower and a faucet to wash your feet, there are no changing rooms and toilets.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much, especially attracted by the fact that 16+.

about the good things - we were lucky with the sea - not a single lost day of vacation. The beginning of July 2024. The air conditioning in the room is working (after all, 5*, ultra, according to the owner of the hotel). There are no children in the hotel and on the hotel beach (hotel 16+). Animation is there and does not bother those who do not want to be friends with it.
Pies /ice cream/cookies and cocktails with coffee/tea are freely available from morning to evening.
Neutral - the working time of the beach is until 18.00, then the chain is closed, the umbrellas are closed, the WATER in the outdoor shower is blocked :). It is not always easy to catch the hotel staff, it is very difficult to explain to them in English (here in Turkish they understand normally). The taxi has stopped using the meter - the prices are negotiable.
About the bad - 1) so that these cooks are fed at home. Greasy, overcooked, spicy and a lot of objectively tasteless food. A la carte IS FUNNY. You can not count on a normal soup or porridge in the morning, vegetables and fruits are present. There is a paid fresh. Scrambled eggs can be cooked in the morning, if you are persistent. Don't drink wine, you infernal swill. Turkish tea, beer and mineral water, well, maybe rum. 2) central air conditioning - it was impossible to change the temperature in our room - 17 ° - 40+ outside the window. 3) outside the window, the steady noise of the air conditioners of the neighboring hotel 4) it is insanely hot in the corridors - a greenhouse, a glass roof
A brief summary - I will not go myself anymore if I have to - only the top 2 floors - a normal view of the sea. The rooms are small. Cleaning without complaints. The water pressure is not perfect - but constant! If you treat the pool positively, you can definitely go. For its price, an adequate hotel. I would say normal European 3*+

We had a vacation with my husband in December 2023. Since we were at this hotel out of season, we cannot appreciate the beach, the sea, etc. But we will definitely evaluate the hotel and the location.
So, the location. Definitely beautiful. The promenade, the main advantage of Side, is 5 minutes away. Along the promenade you can take wonderful walks, both towards the Old Town, for 15 minutes, and in the opposite direction along beautiful hotels with wonderfully well-groomed territories, even in winter. It takes about 30 minutes to walk this way to the end of the promenade.
If you leave the hotel towards the city, you will find yourself on a fairly busy street with shopping malls, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. It's also a good walking area. Not along the sea, but for a change- quite.
Now about the hotel.
The hotel itself is not bad, with a fairly recent renovation, working plumbing, air conditioning, TV, etc. The
mini bar is modest- modest: only bottled water.
The TV weighs very strangely in the room - in the middle of the mirror. As a result, I, a woman of average height, could not look in the mirror.
There are enough hangers in the closet. But they are terribly uncomfortable, it is almost impossible to take it off and pull it out of the closet to hang something.
But all this is within acceptable limits, if not for two huge disadvantages.
The first negative. When we ordered a room with a pool view in Moscow, we indicated that we wanted a higher floor. As a result, we were given the floor "-2". They have one, because the hotel is located on a hill, they consider the one where the reception is located to be zero. When we entered this room, we were shocked, it really overlooked the pool, but was practically on the same level with it, and the restaurant, with its inevitable smells and noise. Technically, the manager was right - the room overlooks the pool. But since the hotel was practically empty, giving such a low and inconveniently located room was simply disrespectful to us. We started asking for a replacement number. To which the manager demanded an additional payment of $ 70 from us. Which we were forced to pay. And the most unpleasant thing is that as a result we got a room on the top floor, 7. Also overlooking the pool. But from above, of course, there was a completely different view- both the sea and the mountains. But our ordeal did not end there: it turned out that there was no roof on the balcony of the 7th floor and during the rain, and there were many rainy days, after all, December, the balcony was flooded so that splashes fell on the carpet in the room. But there was no desire or strength to ask the manager again, and we stayed in this room. By the way, when they started demanding an additional payment from us, we contacted the FUN & SUN travel agency, from which we were traveling, but we did not receive any help from them.
Now about the kitchen. She is very, very mediocre. There seem to be a lot of dishes, the choice is quite large. But the food is tasteless: meat, chicken, fish - everything is dry, overcooked or overcooked. As they say, nothing. The impression is that either the cook is bad, or he didn't try very hard, or the products are cheap. Things are better with fruits and desserts.
Now about the so-called pastry shop. It's hard to think of a worse one. Yes, there is a coffee machine in it. But the range of pastries is obscenely meager. There is no ice cream in sight. The room itself is terribly uncomfortable. It was used to store pillows from the veranda.
In general, the hotel staff does not care much about comfort: the light is dim everywhere, or there is none at all. I.e., the situation in the hotel is dull.
Considering all this, I can't put a score higher than 3.

We arrived at 7 a.m., we got to the hotel in 40 minutes on an individual transfer, check-in from 12 to 14 and did not work out earlier, the additional payment does not affect. While we were waiting, we changed in the locker room of the hammam, and went to breakfast, then to the pool. We checked in at exactly 12, the room is as we bought it, with a view of the sea. The room was clean, everything is there, mini bar with drinks, alcohol beer, mini bar is free, safe is free. Only the robes are missing. Everything else is fine and working. If you do not pay attention to the little things: in some places the seams in the tile are worn, the door creaks, then in principle the room is excellent. The view covers all the little things. If it's cold to sleep, they give you warm blankets without any problems. There were no problems with the staff until the departure. You can extend the room for 10 € an hour. You can rent it out, continue to stay on the territory, there is a locker room and a shower in the hammam. The animation goes on until 23-30 (music is playing), it can be noisy for those who fall asleep early, the animation itself is very hard, but the shows themselves take from 15 to 40 minutes, then ballet, then belly dancing, karaoke, fire show, take to clubs. Yoga, aqua, darts in the morning. There is a small gym.
Food: surprised, the assortment is not huge, there are no queues, although the hotel is full, meat (beef 2-3 types) poultry (chicken, turkey), sea bass, dorado, red grouse. There's a fish dinner on Thursday. There are many different vegetables in all variations, fruits: watermelon, melon, plum, grapes, kiwi, bananas, apples, peaches. Desserts are not just cakes, but baked bananas, pumpkin or pear, etc.
We haven't tried alcohol drinks, I can't say, but it looks like we have something to drink) The quality is unknown, drinks are also offered for lunch and dinner.
There is coffee, tea, ice cream, desserts in the lobby, you can ask for nuts for alcoholic drinks, with an adequate request, they pour good whiskey, not what is poured into cocktails.
Pizza can be ordered at the snack bar, there is a menu, waffles are baked from 17-18, the bar is open from 10 am.
To go to the sea through the lower gate 4-5 minutes on foot, there is a shower, there is a locker room, drinks (water, beer) the beach is sand, the hotel beaches are divided among themselves, the entrance to the sea is slightly shifted from the beach itself, since to the left of the beach, as well as throughout the coast there are water rental stations. It is this part that is densely populated by both vacationers and locals, I advise you to just move to the right, where the sea is clearer from fewer people. Go right to the inflatable pier, there are a lot of fish swimming there, many of them are fed bread))
The embankment is 4-5 minutes away, in the evening there is a place to walk, you can walk to the old town.
Nova mall, a large 3-storey shopping mall, you can get there by taxi from 10-15 $ one way, or by minibus, with two transfers if from the hotel, with one from the Side ring, it says nova moll, travel 28 lira one way per person. Stop in front of the mall. Back also.

The hotel is nice and new. Very clean, linen is changed regularly. The kitchen is wonderful! The staff at the hotel itself is very friendly, thanks a lot to everyone. I can't say the same about the Ayas Beach Fight. He didn't miss a single young girl, he clearly and strongly hates Russians, he spends 1.5-2 hours in the workplace, people are thirsty. He loves Germans and Poles, literally carries beer to their sunbeds. He made a scandal out of the blue, did not allow soda to be taken outside the beach. At the same time, he treated his friends daily with what we paid for!!! He brought my friend to tears without giving her water or beer.. I think such people who divide tourists into races should not work in hotels!!!!! The overall impression of the hotel was ruined. Sorry...

As for the restaurant in the hotel - of course, it's not five stars: dinners are indistinguishable from lunches in terms of assortment, tortillas with fillings are overcooked, cold appetizers and salads are very average. An imitation of choice, but it tastes mediocre. Of alcohol, only beer, wine is outright alcoholic) Beach: a very small area near the hotel with sun beds, very weak towels for the beach- in fact, these are mats on a chaise longue (thin XB). There is no service on the beach by the sea. The entrance to the water is fine sand. The room itself: we had a pool view, we did not regret that we did not overpay for the sea view, the sea will be visible if you are settled on the top floors. The design of the room is modern and tasteful, but there are no hooks in the bathroom near the shower cabin, the TV is hanging on the mirror floor (someone already mentioned this). There are 2 pillow options to choose from, the mattresses are very good and dense. The advantage of the rooms is its spaciousness. Summary of the hotel: this is not a top five, overall 4 stars, I definitely will not go here a second time.

The food is certainly not 5* ultra, but meat, fish, and other standard dishes are always available. There is not always enough space in the restaurant, you need to go to the opening. I take off one star for the fact that I got a room with a view of the roofs, the next room and a piece of the sky. I definitely recommend it for those who love sightseeing, the hotel is located within walking distance from the Temple of Apollo, the historical part of Side, the Greco-Roman amphitheater. Rubles can be exchanged at an exchange office 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. We went to breakfast, we didn't stay hungry, there was a lot of choice for every taste. Then the sea! The sea is super, the water is warm, the beach is sandy, the sunset is great! At 12.30 we returned from the sea and we were immediately settled! The room is spacious, the balcony is 7 meters high. Everything is new and modern! The location of the hotel is very good, in the evening we went to the old town for 15 minutes, cafes, restaurants, hookah. The atmosphere is great! Harbor, boats! The antique Side is mesmerizing! Stay in December 2022. I do not recommend the hotel. This is not 5 stars, but 3 bad ones. There is a lot of negativity. It's hard to even mention everything. Upon check-in, the room was poorly cleaned, there was black dust on the surfaces. The towels are grey, stained. In the description everywhere - ulta all. This is not only not ultra, but not all at all! Alcohol is the cheapest and most terrible Turkish wine! I couldn't drink it, although I'm not spoiled. there is no question of any import at all. Nutrition: there seems to be a choice, but something is tasteless, something (meat, fish) is over-dried, in short, everything is sad. The cherry tomatoes were unwashed. Already in my plate, I found that the tomato was in the ground!!! the cheeses are lying in the open, covered, and so on, and so on. I've never had a stomach ache! It's been bad here a few times!
The beach just doesn't work in winter. Although other decent hotels had beaches! There is no pool bar or snack bar either.
On my floor, where the animation took place, it stank of sewage. There was also a terrible stench coming from the ventilation in the room when it was heard that the water was being flushed on other floors.
Although the hotel is new, some places have already been killed, paint is falling, etc.
That's just what came to mind. There is a lot of negativity.

We had a rest during the New Year holidays December 2021 - January 2022. A wonderful cozy (judging by other reviews, it is in winter) hotel. Clean, new large rooms. Sauna, heated indoor pool. Friendly staff. Good food and drinks at the bar, absolutely not burnt (as written in other reviews). A great New Year's Eve program with a good table, live music, a fire show and fireworks. I suppose that in the summer during the beach season the impressions would be worse (not equipped beach, etc.), but in the warm winter - that's what you need!

We stayed at the hotel in August 2022.
Firstly, it was with incredible difficulty that we managed to move into a more or less good room, since everyone is given rooms with a view of the roof of another hotel, and if it is better, they require an additional payment, and informally, and in the pocket of the staff at the reception.
Secondly, the rooms are very dirty. We did not change the bed linen during the entire stay for 12 days. Towels went around and begged for themselves, as the maids just folded the old ones. Clean towels stink terribly, as if they are not washed, the same applies to beach towels. There are no bathrobes and dental kits, all of which can be purchased for an additional fee.
Beach towels are given out according to the schedule until 11 a.m., if you do not have time to receive them, then they are not given out. Other people from the hotel walk on the beach and use sun beds, there are a lot of strangers, the beach area is located in front of the boat rental, where there is a constant smell of gasoline.
The food is monotonous and tasteless. Of the fruits, only watermelons, apples, melons, and unwashed grapes. There is almost nothing from seafood. No imported alcohol
The hotel saves on everything, even on air conditioners, practically does not turn on anywhere, it is always hot, especially in the restaurant and lobby.
The show program is a separate topic. It feels like I've come to a pioneer camp. The music is turned on very loudly starting from 10:00 to 23:00. At 21:00 the "show program" begins, music screams daily and it is not possible to fall asleep.
Unfriendly attitude on the part of the staff, as if we owe them all the time. They can snap back and do not respond to comments.
We do not recommend this hotel at all. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, then you should choose another hotel.

We had a great rest in October 2021, the hotel is beautiful, clean, good staff, large, cozy room, the food is delicious, there is enough fruit, the pool is clean, there are enough bars, the bartenders serve quickly, always with a smile, the lawns are washed on the beach, the territory is cleaned. Hello) We stayed at this hotel for two weeks. Of the advantages, only a good room and then had to pay $ 20 extra, although they initially paid extra for a room with a good view. Of the cons, this is nutrition, it's certainly a nightmare. If you are a vegetarian, you will stay hungry. Only cucumbers and tomatoes are fresh, salads are always not fresh, the smell of spoilage immediately hits the nose, this also applies to cold snacks. In other things, everything else is not tasty, from the word at all, even their shrimp on Fridays, it is not possible to eat it. More or less a snack bar. The beach also leaves much to be desired, it is dirty and there is no toilet. The rooms are cleaned mediocre, and tips do not play a role. In two weeks, the towels were changed only three times. There is almost no animation either, and no music in the evening either. Russian Russians were discredited, someone wrote about it, I didn't really notice, of course there are individuals, but the guys, the service staff are great, and they don't know much Russian. Otherwise, I would not have returned here, there is something to compare it with.
