Due to circumstances, I have recently visited this department almost daily and I confidently declare that all my questions have been resolved, most of them even without the participation of specialists, because a friendly girl, Karolina, is sitting at the reception desk, who is always ready to answer and help with all your questions, which greatly accelerated the process. In cases where the help of specialists was needed, the administrator helped with taking the necessary coupon. Thank her very much. I would also like to express my gratitude to the bank's specialists. Each of them is always friendly and courteous. It was very important that they were really ready to help, teach and patiently explain everything I needed. It is immediately evident from the manual and they are real professionals themselves! Regarding queues and waiting time, it was usually minimal or absent altogether, so the waiting time was on average no more than 5 minutes. In general, the branch is quite spacious and clean, there is an ATM, a cooler with water, a table with bank newspapers, a children's table with coloring books and many places where you can sit down. All in all, a great department with excellent staff, thank you for being here.

I came to the department at 9.05 a.m., specifically so that there would be no queue. I took a business service ticket. There was already a person there, as a result, he sat for 45 minutes and the queue did not come, the second specialist was drinking tea, hoping that his colleague would finish with the first one and take over for me. As a result, I couldn't wait any longer and I didn't solve the issue. All I had to do was find out if I could pay to China from my checking account, since the bank is under sanctions.

When ordering a card at home, the bank faces a delivery problem, namely, by transferring it through Belpost for 2 months, it basically does not track the receipt of the plastic card by the customer and its further storage. When clarifying the issue of receiving this card, the bank offers to reissue the card again, blocking the old one, without giving a guarantee of receiving it, which may later lead to a further similar situation. The specialists in the call center throw up their hands and offer to make this order again, without guaranteeing that it will be received by the end user. In response to offers from the client to meet halfway and pick up the card from the branch himself, if the bank is unable to fully perform the proposed service, the call center operator insistently promotes taking it from the bank branch for the amount of 30,00 BYN, although they cannot fulfill the agreed delivery conditions in full.
