It's just bullying. How was it possible to make only 2 cash registers again after the repair, one of which is always not working? I came in today, there are 5 people in front of me in the queue. The first person was served for 15 minutes, the second for 20 minutes. I didn't wait for the third one to come out. Another bank left and waited in line for 3 minutes and changed the money.... 3 minutes, not 15-20 minutes per person.
