I love Alfa-Bank. I've always called only them. But the staff in this department leaves much to be desired. I can't say about all of them. But I was "lucky enough" to work with specialist Anna. This person will react to any question you ask with anger and unwillingness to have a dialogue at all. It left a very unpleasant impression. Disappointment. I get 3 stars for this. I hope my impression will be corrected in the future.

Do the necessary work with the staff. But the girl in the legal entities, in the next room, is so dark, an ideal consultant. She is always polite, friendly and patiently explains all the nuances.
