I love Alfa-Bank. I've always called only them. But the staff in this department leaves much to be desired. I can't say about all of them. But I was "lucky enough" to work with specialist Anna. This person will react to any question you ask with anger and unwillingness to have a dialogue at all. It left a very unpleasant impression. Disappointment. I get 3 stars for this. I hope my impression will be corrected in the future.

A good bank, and there are many interesting offers for sole proprietors. BUT I really want Zhodino to have a branch and an Alfa-Revenue machine, which, by the way, may not work until you arrive. And the bank's support service does not respond very promptly whether the revenue receiver is working or not.

Alfa Bank, the best bank. Or one of the best banks in the Republic of Belarus. But in this office. I hope not all of them. I was with Ann*Ma**** . I didn't like her attitude towards people. Completely insubordinate . I've been to all the offices, or rather many. I have never seen such a rude and arrogant attitude from bank employees. Why work at that job if you don't like working. This is my personal opinion.
