I was pleased with this table - is it not working with clients? Free water, masks, antiseptic, beautifully packaged cookies and a box for postcards with stamps. No one proofreads or denies service if suddenly the client is without a mask, but politely offers themselves👍🏻

I am a client of the bank as an individual. face. After a while, I became disappointed in this bank, as the service became, to put it mildly, not very good. The application is always lagging, funds are not always transferred, they say there are not enough funds, although they are there. There are few ATMs in the city and very often they simply do not work, the situation is similar in Minsk. The service at the bank also leaves much to be desired. After sitting for 30 minutes waiting for my turn at the checkout, it should have already been my turn, it was said in front of my nose that the checkout was closed for lunch and I had to wait another 45 minutes. I had to go to another bank to make a currency exchange operation and return again to the same bank and deposit money into my account through the terminal. After the expiration of the card, I will not be a customer of this bank. I advise you to consider other banks and their offers for individuals.

The most terrible bank in the Republic of Belarus. there is no service at the call center. I hung up for 20 minutes , and no one picked up the phone . I needed a copy of the payment order, but I have not been able to receive it for more than a day
