Slow service: specialists are always selling additional services to everyone (insurance, etc.) and spend 10 minutes of time praising what a wonderful service it is, they want a person who does not need it for nothing.

I turn around and say: "Girl, don't talk to me in that tone, I don't transfer 10,000 rubles every day, I need them to reach the developer" And then in the hall the client begins to comment that 10,000 rubles, well, what kind of money is it, etc. I was just humiliated, and provoked by specialist 2-go window. It is unacceptable to talk in such a tone with a client. Even if I transferred 1 ruble, I brought the money to your bank, and the specialist should explain to me at least 10 times so that I understand how to do it correctly, and not give a reason to discuss my operation in the hall. After I told her not to talk to me in that tone, she served me calmly. But I came out of this department like I was spat on. The negativity is complete. Before that, payment for the purchase of an apartment was carried out at Alfa Bank on Krasnaya Street, there was a wonderful attitude, everyone tried to help. The sediment is unpleasant.
