It's a great exchanger, but I take off one star for an employee like Inna. She sits forever dissatisfied, according to the stories of her friends, she answers their questions in a rude way. If you don't like working here, does it make sense to sit and be against the mood of others? I like alfa-bank for its solutions and service in general. The only drawback is sometimes waiting in line for a long time. But given the development of their online services, this problem is solvable!
