Great convenient location, friendly staff, air conditioning, projector and TV. The only thing is that there is no sound insulation in the meeting rooms and the classroom. There are several places for lunch nearby. I recommend it if necessary.

I don't know under what circumstances life forces people to go to this basement... There is nothing better than your office, at least a cafe.
Neighboring conversations can be heard from each location for negotiations, no one wipes the dust from everything except the floor, only 2 separate toilets where only 1 person can enter, although the room is designed for 50 people... Parking is also inconvenient for 7p per hour, in short, such an entertainment... A normal person on a weekday will not want to spin around without a Blink, it turns out by the method of exclusion that this institution is designed for those who have neither an office nor a car...

An extremely suspicious bank whose employees' actions are more like the actions of scammers. I had to take out a loan of 300 rubles. I called support and clarified how to fully repay. I did everything under the guidance of the operator. Even the account number was checked twice. At the end of the month, I receive an SMS about overdue debts and a fine of 10 rubles. For one day of delay. I called back to clarify what was the matter. They said they would sort it out and call me back. A week later, without waiting for a call from them, I dialed them myself. He told me to wait for the call again. Realizing that they were just delaying time, I wrote them a letter. Two weeks later, I received a reply that there was no error in the operator's actions and I put the money into the account. Yes, but this account is not the same. Why did they open two accounts for me for one loan and why didn't the operator tell me about it when I called, I didn't. He handed over the fine and hurried to say goodbye to such a bank.
Whether you need such service or not, decide for yourself. I personally don't want to have any business.

They called and canceled the reservation. Moreover, the girl called initially and asked about the possibility of rescheduling. We agreed to call the next day, but she didn't call back. Two weeks before the event, a man called and said that he was canceling our reservation, and was not obliged to explain the reason according to some point of the rules. "Yes, we are doing the right thing and ethically, because we called in advance, and we suggest rescheduling to December 29 or later," According to him, their event was planned earlier, but we planned it later, so we were able to make an appointment at a convenient time for us. I don't know how such a formulation fits in their head, but apparently this is normal.
Everything the staff touches becomes terrible. As long as you don't run into people, it's okay. But as soon as "specialists" get involved in the process, it becomes a shame that I recommended the bank to someone as a good one
