Terrible service, I can't put money on the card for 2 weeks, they explain that the ATM is full, I understand if this was a one-time promotion, but I've been going to ATMs around the city for two weeks and money is not accepted anywhere, the staff can't adequately explain what kind of nonsense is going on.
