I was very glad when Alpha opened an exchange point here. It is very convenient for whom to exchange currency (at a good rate), who to replenish the card... And the point has been closed for almost a year now. The Bank does not provide an adequate response. They answer that there is no information about the opening. There is a closed exchanger listed for Alfa-Bank, which takes up space, does not open it itself and does not give it to other banks. I'm very disappointed. I would like the management to finally sort out this situation.
