The Bank branch Managers were connected to resolve the conflict when the 6th (sixth) slave.A day and it wasn't Ready! There was no time anymore....so it was necessary to prove over 12,000 bel.rubles. on Payments.
At the moment: according to the Statements in the application, there is All the slag of the above payments (loaf, milk, kefir, underpants and pads, etc.) and it is not possible to view certain transfers and payments, because the prescription of operations ....
I contacted the Bank again at number 198 and requested a Check on 07.10.2024 indicating a specific transfer: The date, time of the transfer, the amount of the transfer-we are waiting for the day 07.10.24.
This Check is already 08.10.24g-it will no longer be needed, because it has already been a long time to wait and prove the time-No....you will have to accept it as it is and additionally charge yourself for the Payment, for which, due to the fault of the Bank, I could not prove the Transfer.
So, gentlemen, keep your "Checks"-important transfers, because the Bank will not prove to you and will not give you guarantees of your payments on your statements (transfers). The quest is another one...and you'll be sitting in queues at the Bank and it's not a fact that the bank will prove to you all the statements (checks) of your transfers.
The issue has not been resolved so far!!!!
P.S: it has been proven from personal experience that Alfa-Bank worsens your conditions and torments, walking around the Bank when in other banks-this can be solved through the application and look at everything for any period regardless of when it was made....BNB-Bank, PriorBank-solves these issues promptly day/day, or everything is available in the Bank's applications.

2. Without explaining the reason, in his own interests, he deprived me of the opportunity to receive an interest-free period for all purchases in the first month. That is, while there will be correspondence and clarification of all the circumstances, and this is at least a month (given by alfa-bank for installments) expires. This bank did not provide any documents confirming the dishonesty of the bank (bank employees came three times and through their own fault could not hand over the cards to me) and repeated facts (three times) of checking my credit history. Scans of the answers are attached . Thus, the bank avoids providing an interest-free installment plan for 1 year with which they lure customers for themselves. Be careful not to get caught by these scammers from Alfa-bank.

Действия работников банка, похожи на действия мошенников. Была рассрочка от магазина через этот банк. Как оказалось это не рассрочка, а кредит. Под руководством менеджера досрочно полностью погасили кредит досрочно.спустя полгода пришло смс о долге в размере 0,15, спустя 14 дней сумма составила 5,15. Связываться с этим банком не рекомендую...

Хочу начать с диких цен за платежи, если Вы не клиент банка, а именно 25BYN за одну платежку, что даже дороже, чем у Беларусбанка. Ну, а если Вы решили оплатить через ЕРИП в банкомате, то, есть шанс не выдать Вам чек об оплате, так как случайно может закончиться чековая бумага, а банкомат об этом не сообщает.Но даже после того как Вы обратитесь к вежливому сотруднику Альфабанка, чтоб Вам выслали копия чека на электронную почту, шанс, что они отправят, очень мал!

По состоянию на конец февраля 2023 года окрыть Белорусскую карту Мир даже в дочерних отделениях Российских банков совсем не просто. Банки откровенно наживаются используя ситуацию. Так в Альфе за открытие обычной карты Мир придётся заплатить 250 бел. руб. - 7000 р. В Сбере (Белоруссия) примерно таже картина. Т.е. те кто хочет открыть карту Виза/Мастер в не под санкционном банке Белоруссии (7000 р.) обычно оформлял карту-мостик (бесплатно или за умеренную плату) в банках, которые под санкциями. Теперь нужно платить вдвойне. 7000+7000. Разочарован Альфой :-(

Будет поступать 100 р. 100 р.? Доводы что всё погашено под руководством ваших менеджеров никому не интересны. Видимо придётся разбираться с этими лохотронщиками в суде.

При переводе из банка в банк потерялось 100 000 руб, банк их найти не может, проблему решить не пытаются. Занимаются футболом, отправляя клиента решать проблему и выяснять причину самостоятельно. Никогда бы не подумал, что такое вообще возможно. Деньги пропали и концов не отыскать уже месяц как. Видимо надо писать заявление в милицию и подавать в суд.
В приложении для нерезидентов не работают выписки по счёту. Просто не возможно узнать какие операции происходили со счетом. А эти операции отличаются от операций по карте.
