Самый отвратительный банк ever. Пришла в 14:58, сейчас 15:48. Прошел почти час. Сидит ПОЛНЫЙ зал людей, 3 менеджера в зале, все вяло двигаются, часть людей сидят уже больше 1,5 часов и ничего не двигается. Отвратительная не клиентооринтированная система, не понятная система выдачи талонов на входе. Сотрудники банка даже не пытаются быстро закрыть вопросы клиентов, никакого сервиса. Если вы почти единственная точка, что работает в субботу, вы просто обязаны выводить бОльшее количество людей для обработки клиентов.
