The service in this branch does not meet Alfa-Bank standards at all. In the only bank branch in the city, which is open on Saturday, only one cash register is open for currency exchange operations. We stood in line for almost an hour to withdraw the pre-ordered money(!) The bank is full, people in the queue complain and swear. You work for people! It is probably worth reviewing the opening hours of the ticket offices, given the large number of visitors and operations at the checkout.

I have been a client of this bank for more than 10 years, but the work of this branch is something. There are constant queues, and only one of the 2 ticket offices is almost always open. To change money, you waste 30-40 minutes. Horror...
