The only branch of Alfa Bank that is open until 20:00 and on Saturdays. Very convenient location and work schedule. There is always a good exchange rate. It was necessary to pay for the purchase and transfer the money to the account of the legal entity. I arrived at lunch, but I didn't have time to pay because of the large number of customers. I had to visit the bank in the evening. The bank's employee, Yuri, provided competent advice on the bank's services and the transfer fee charged, and provided assistance in transferring funds. Thanks to him!!! I would like to ask the bank's management to increase the number of employees working with clients in the hall. There are only three of them! They are well done, they work quickly and competently, but there are three employees for such a branch in the center of Minsk (there are many shopping centers and administrative buildings nearby) It's very small. You're losing customers! Many people just leave after seeing 10-15 people in line.

I have been using this bank for a long time and am usually satisfied with its work. But in this department, the situation left an extremely negative impression. I stood in line for more than an hour, and then I came across the following nuances: it was my turn, they just clarified my question, how the previous client returned, and continued working with him — I had to sit and wait until he was free. As a result, instead of a short visit that would have taken about 15 minutes in another department, I spent 2 hours. The specialist worked very slowly. In another branch, they offered me the maximum possible set of services and all kinds of cards, but here it was only after I suggested, "Okay, let's get it done." After such a service, I really want to change the bank. I hope the management will pay attention and make the work more organized.

I have been a client of the bank for many years. Unfortunately, after many times being disappointed by the separation, I decided to leave a review. After waiting in line at the cash desk for 25 minutes (I was informed about this in advance), it turned out that it was impossible to purchase currency, allegedly all bills except for the old 100 had run out. At the same time, the bank itself does not buy old-style banknotes. But he sells it to us. Why is that? At the same time, instead of apologizing for the lack of bills of all denominations, which is strange, but okay, I faced unpleasant service. The cashier ignored my questions, pretended not to hear and was busy, averted her eyes. It would be great to apologize to the client or inform them in advance that there is no currency when I take an electronic coupon for currency exchange operations.
