Отзыв не конкретно про Бердское отделение, а в целом про банк. Стало известно о мошенничестве(взломали ватсап у родственника, есть данные получателя), сотрудники банка отказываются проводить какую-либо работу, ссылаясь на то, что это не входит в их обязанности.
