Constant queues!!! Endless queues!!! ATM does not work very often!!! The population in Baranovichi is almost 200,000 people, and Alfa-Bank is only 1 !!! And there is only 1 ATM !!! This is some kind of nightmare. Constant problems with the ATM, because a lot of people are hammering it every day!!! Management, install at least a couple of ATMs in the city of Baranovichi!!! We can have another branch!!! What kind of attitude to customers??? Probably we should go to another bank.

I don't always want to write negative reviews, but today is your day. The ATM has been closed for 4 days. Money is neither deposited nor withdrawn. You go into the department, there are a lot of people, there is nowhere to stand. But the workers are like turtles, I'm at lunch, I'm busy. And the fact that there are a lot of people, no one cares. A call to the call center will come even more negative emotions. Waiting for 5 minutes while the employee found out why the ATM was not working and eventually said: yes, it is not working and it is not known when it will work. 👍👍👍 I close all my cards and will never return to the bank!

I am very disappointed with the exchange of dollars and the long queues. A brand new bill, but they found spots under the microscope, they couldn't see it with their eyes, they said they wouldn't change them anywhere, but they changed the microscope in the next bank without any problems. I would give a score of 0 to Alfa Bank if I had the opportunity.

I waited for a specialist for a few more minutes!I didn't get full answers to my questions, she was also talking to a colleague about her own affairs in parallel!! The concept of a culture of communication and politeness in this department is most likely unknown at all!!!
