Today, 02/26/2024 at 12.00 I went to the exchanger, it is closed, I look, a technical break is indicated from 12.00 to 12.15. I stand waiting for 15 minutes, but after the time has elapsed, it has not opened. I had to call the call center.... they said the exchanger is not working today for technical reasons. Here's the question - it was difficult to make some kind of notification (for example, to hang a sign). I stood empty and spent 15 minutes of my lunch break.

We were standing in line and they just put a technical break in front of us, despite the fact that the queue was large. You need to warn about this in advance. We were in a hurry and wasted our time.

Мне все нравиться. Работает до вечера, что не мало важно. И это единственное место на ангарской где можно положить деньги на карту альфы.
