I decided to ask the employee that I was sitting on the couch in the middle of the hall and was looking at something on the phone non-stop. I asked him about my problem, to which he replied without looking up from the phone: "You need to select the service you are interested in in the terminal."
When I asked what exactly I needed to click, I got a very interesting answer: "Well, look there, I don't remember." And he also continued to look at something on the phone. The question is, what is the point of paying an employee for work that he does not do? Or is he just there for show?

From all this, the question arises, does the bank earn a lot from overpayments that it does not even inform its customers about?!
