I'm usually happy with this bank, BUT one time (on May 10) I came 20 minutes before closing time to hand over the coins (there were about 4 rubles in a bag of different denominations of kopecks, which my grandmother gave me because she doesn't see these coins and can't use them) I heard so much discontent from the cashier, despite the fact that they have a sorting "counting" machine... There was no limit to the cashier's indignation, as a customer should I listen to all this? I brought the money to put it on the card, so the operator had to silently take everything, put it in the machine and perform the operation. Instead, they started talking to the cashier next to me, making humiliating phrases in my direction, sighing with displeasure, rolling their eyes, and clicking tiredly... Awful. Such employees are definitely not worthy of your bank's reputation... in the end, she calculated everything in a minute and a half, and she was indignant and sighed (hoping that I would change my mind and leave) for 5 minutes...
