3 stars only for the design of the building, I really liked it. ATM 24/7, bank from 9:00 to 19:00 only on weekdays. And then there are only disadvantages: - There is no parking! Where I found a place, I parked there. -the World Bank Air Defense Plant is nearby, which means that you will have to fight for a parking space if there is one (someday). - there is no bike parking... Well, at least you can walk to this bank. -the entrance to the bank is generally a separate story (a sharp turn over a high curb and then over bumps between trees and cars) - the building is very beautiful and modern, but it does not fit into the local architecture at all. - there is no information about the closure of one office and the opening of another! The unfortunate 2 ATMs in the whole city, where you can replenish the card, but even informing about them turned out to be an unbearable burden for the bank. How to post a photo about some red sofas - please, draw a picture about changing the bank address - noooo, look for yourself! I won't write about the bank itself, we all know perfectly well what kind of bank it is. This kind of disregard makes you think.

The ATM doesn't work forever, you can't withdraw money, you can't deposit money, it's not a bank, but damn it, there are 2 ATMs in the whole city and they don't work forever, you can't tell without a checkmate, it's sad.
