When a boiler that is under warranty fails, they try their best to force you to buy the necessary part for a lot of money, and not change it under warranty! E-mails and letters are ignored. It is not possible to build a dialogue with the director, he is not well-mannered and aggressive. Take care of your money and nervous system, choose another boiler maintenance company!
