I gave the car away for repair 4 years ago after hitting the rear, so that the rear frame could be pulled out and repaired in good faith. Today I took off the bumper and saw that no one had pulled or repaired anything. They just pulled the bumper by force and licked off all the screws to make it harder to remove. They took $100 for the job, for "pulling" ... I can imagine how they were happy and laughing there, like a 100-dollar shovel... okay, I admit defeat. But don't set foot in there anymore
