Every week I go to this pharmacy for drugs and I always met the friendly staff, and yesterday I ran into a pharmacist named Zhuk and was horrified. The specialist refused to sell one ampoule of an expensive prescription drug, arguing that the management is forcing the employees to buy out the started packages (prescription drug). At the same time, she could not name the date of the release of the order that one ampoule was not sold, and she also could not provide a supporting document. As a result, with the words: if there is an opened package, I will sell it - I still sold the drug. On repeated request of the document, she said: girl, well, I punched the drug for you, what are you breeding demogogy here? She sold it, but had to ask very urgently (without rudeness), but the employee behaved unfriendly. I really love this pharmacy and its staff, but now I have no desire to return to this pharmacy because of the Beetle. By the way, I do not need the entire package for 150BYN and I have the right to buy the drug by prescription in the amount in which I need it
