I visited the medical center on a weekday, arrived on time, and had an appointment on time. The doctor is attentive and polite. Inspection and appointment is fast. Everything is clear. The medical center itself, as if from the last century, the reception is a pitiful sight, in what terrible conditions the staff work. It resembles a janitor's enclosure in which 4 people were put and the fourth did not have enough chairs and he sits on a lower stool and, clenching his elbows, without interfering with colleagues, fills out a form on the computer. There are no lockers, there are hangers in the hallway, with different hangers on hooks, apparently someone brought some from home. I didn't really go into the prices, apparently, it's much cheaper here than in other Minsk medical centers. There was one patient sitting in the hallway, waiting for an appointment. Carl, one patient!

Top specialists and the medical center correspond to their status. The child (2 years old) had to have his eyebrow stitches removed. We called all the medical centers in Minsk and the state hospitals, everyone had their own reason to refuse us. They agreed to help us without hesitation and invited us to their place a couple of hours after the call. 5-7 minutes and the child was "healthy" Thank you very much.

I have applied to this medical center many times. The first disadvantage is disorganization. I came for a fetal ultrasound. It's my time, I'm waiting for another 5 minutes. I turn to the administrators, I speak calmly, without complaint, they say, when the doctor will be able to see me. Later, the administrator calls the doctor with the words "they are already outraged." Great! Later, I treated her with bleeding, to which the gynecologist told me, "how can I help you here? Go to the ambulance." I'm not a doctor, but I can assume that you can start with hemostatic drugs, explain to the patient what's going on, and not be rude for my own money. A big plus is the laboratory, of course, most urgent tests do not take 60 minutes, as stated, but 1.5-2 hours will definitely be there.
