Terrible service starting with the administrators. A rotten room, dirt, no one would even think of wiping the slush during the day. There are no parking spaces. Rude attitude, no one sends tests. Doctors are not competent. The terminal is always "not working", but suddenly if you start to resent the fact that no one warned you about it, it starts working abruptly. It would not hurt to contact the tax service.

Today I visited the Alfamed center. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. The appointment was at 10.00. I waited 45 minutes for the appointment. I was never invited. I was never given an explanation for what reason. They just said that they were about to invite you. I'm sorry, but if I want to wait in line, I'll go to a regular clinic. And if you already provide paid services, then be kind enough to match! Previously, I always went to this medical center and was satisfied. But not this time.

Disgusting! Turning to institutions of this kind, you expect, at least, professionalism and clarity, because you pay money for it. There is also no such minimum here. Having come to the reception with a small child, we were forced to wait an hour in a cramped, crowded corridor, constantly rescheduling the time of our reception. At the same time, claiming that we mixed up the time of the reception and came earlier. How is it?? The state polyclinic is many times better than this institution simply in all respects. And as it turned out, this kind of thing on the part of this institution is systematic and is considered the norm. I advise you to choose another medical center if you do not want to wait longer than in a regular clinic.

04.02.2021 visited this institution. The impression is so-so. The situation is like in a regular state polyclinic. And I was also very outraged that the service should be paid for before the procedure itself. There is a post-payment in all decent medical centers!!! But all this is nonsense if the doctors are decent and qualified. I was unlucky, I didn't get one. Fate brought me together with the neurologist GRINTSEVICH Alla Vladimirovna. The consultation took about 5-6 minutes. The doctor did not fully listen to my complaints, checked my reflexes with a hammer through my JEANS a couple of times, stabbed me with a needle a couple of times and THAT's IT!!! After these manipulations, I was diagnosed with a fairly serious diagnosis and prescribed serious medications. No extras.examinations, no tests, nothing!! And for this I paid 40 rubles. – not the cheapest cost of consultation in Minsk.!!! After this horror, I consulted with two other neurologists in different medical centers. That's where I understand the level of service: they listened, and interviewed, and examined carefully. And in the end, 100% rejected that diagnosis. That is, if I had listened to the doctor Grintsevich, I would have injected and drunk unnecessary medicines for 10 days, would have ruined the body. Therefore, I do not recommend this doctor. Save your health and money.

A hat with a runny nose came to Laura with a one-year-old child, otitis media was detected, antibiotic treatment was prescribed for 10 days, drops in the ear, nose, throat! Every 3 days they came for repeated appointments, the ears were checked with a device for the presence of fluid,,,, as a result, after 10 days the doctor said that everything was fine, the ears were normal, after 2 weeks a repeat appointment! And at night the child had a high fever, was taken to the 3rd hospital, turned out to have purulent otitis media! How is it? What kind of condescending attitude towards your customers? Pumping out money???!!!!! I do not recommend it!!!!!!!

Never go to the dermatologist Markevich Lidiya Mikhailovna at the Alfamed medical center! The doctor is completely incompetent (at least in such a problem as acne), behaves unprofessionally. In the 21st century, to claim that worms or kidney problems can be the cause of acne and prescribe a chatterbox on alcohol (!) is some kind of stone Age, sorry. For some reason, she called an adult like YOU. During the reception, she coughed very much, while she was without a mask. When asked if she had the coronavirus, she replied that she did not believe in it. Even if this is the case, it is necessary to treat patients and their health with respect. The administrator of the center, by the way, was also without a mask. And at the same time, everyone was charged 37p for the consultation. Dear administration of the Alfamed medical center, IT is a SHAME to keep such doctors and provide such a low level of service! This is the worst medical center I've ever been to.

I think there will be no desire to visit this medical center anymore. It seems to me that even in the polyclinic today the registrars have been taught to talk to patients, and the staff of the alfamed registry still have problems with this. Employees are not attentive, not interested in creating a positive image. The theater begins with a hanger, as they say ... alas. And the center itself resembles the polyclinic of the district center. Everything is below average. Except for the prices. I paid for the service exactly 2 times more than was announced on the phone the day before. The level of assistance in general fully corresponds to the described level of the center. Disappointed. Until the last moment, I struggled with the doubt of whether to carry out manipulation or not. The factor of lack of time to look for something else alternative outweighed. I do not recommend it.

And they paid 70 rubles for the consultation. Money is wasted and the consultation turned out to be wrong . Since after applying to another clinic and then to the hospital, the doctors asked how the doctor could not notice the polyp that had to be removed..
