The doctor explained everything and asked the necessary questions. The procedure itself was quick. After that, the doctor commented on everything and gave the necessary recommendations. An aspect to improve: it would not be bad to put a cooler with water, a coffee machine and a children's table with pencils in the lobby. And the clothes rack doesn't look good. Personally, there was no place for my jacket anymore, and my husband was holding it.

The first visit left warm impressions about the doctor and the clinic as a whole due to how attentively, kindly and sympathetically Alexander Gavrilovich communicated with me. Not every paid medical center treats you like this — as if you were a close relative of the doctor, whom he values. The doctor ordered examinations, which I decided to undergo at the same clinic. I will return to the doctor for treatment when I have completed all the examinations. Then I ran into some great administrators. Before the unpleasant procedures, she gave me a competent recommendation on preparation, supported and encouraged me. The administrator is I.N. Prishchepa. It was amazing how Inna Nikolaevna could say the right words at the right moment. Thanks in part to this, I did not "merge" with the examination, the thought of which literally shook me. And here I am in the endoscopy room. I did 2 procedures per session without anesthesia (you can survive, but it's better to "sleep" at this time). I got to a great team of specialists — 🥼 to the endoscopist Zholudev A.N. and 🥼 to the nurse Nevodnichenko Ya.N. Here I was again confronted with the same care, sensitivity and attentiveness. I was surprised how Dr. Alexander Nikolaevich combined: 1. healthy medical coldness, when you need to make precise movements during an endoscopy (while I was suffering from unpleasant sensations), 2. and a kind soothing message without a drop of irritability on me. Nurse Yana Nikolaevna also radiated friendliness, supported the conversation and during the procedure knew what to do and at what moment. After the endoscopy, the doctor took the time to tell me in detail about the results of the examination and gave me recommendations. By the way, I had previously done FGDS in another well-known clinic, where they did not explain anything to me after the examination. I believe that the staff of Alfamed at Surganova 17 are real professionals who know their job and perform it with all 5 stars. They are also incredible people: attentive, humane, patient, and with an individual, caring approach to patients. I ask the clinic management to pay attention to their staff and significantly encourage them for their work. Thank you all!

We were with the child at an ENT appointment at the Alfamed medical center, Surganova, 18. At the reception, they did tympanometry, and also took a swab from the ear, the result of which will be only a week later. The result was a check for 200 rubles. The expediency of these procedures is in doubt. I got the impression that they want to take off more money. Rude and sluggish service at the checkout. There is no desire to visit this medical center anymore.
