I did FGDS here. Everything went as quickly and calmly as possible. The medical registrar was friendly and welcoming. The reception was held on time, even a little earlier. The doctor explained everything and asked the necessary questions. The procedure itself was quick. After that, the doctor commented on everything and gave the necessary recommendations. An aspect to improve: it would not be bad to put a cooler with water, a coffee machine and a children's table with pencils in the lobby. And the clothes rack doesn't look good. Personally, there was no place for my jacket anymore, and my husband was holding it.

We were with the child at an ENT appointment at the Alfamed medical center, Surganova, 18. At the reception, they did tympanometry, and also took a swab from the ear, the result of which will be only a week later. The result was a check for 200 rubles. The expediency of these procedures is in doubt. I got the impression that they want to take off more money. Rude and sluggish service at the checkout. There is no desire to visit this medical center anymore.
