The Befana restaurant can be called one of the best restaurants in Gomel. First, the interior. It gets cozy right at the entrance. Furniture with bright color polishes, pillows in the same style, vases with unusual shapes. The tables are arranged in such a way that you will not hear the communication of people at the next table and it will not bother you. The subdued light creates an atmosphere of comfort and all this is accompanied by pleasant music. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail and done with a soul. Secondly, the staff. Professional and non-intrusive, attentive to details, will take into account all your preferences. We were very satisfied with the service, you will not be able to see this in every restaurant. It is worth noting that even the waiters' uniforms are in the same color scheme as the interior and look very stylish. Third, the kitchen. The menu features mostly Italian cuisine with above-average prices. But believe me, you can already be full after the salad, and they have it very tasty. Serving dishes does not take much time. Some dishes may take a little longer to cook, and the waiter notified us about it, but we didn't even notice it. I would also like to mention the original design of some dishes, which adds piquancy and aesthetics. I would also like to mention the hostess Victoria, who immediately greets the guests with a smile and compliments. She is very kind and charming, and after a few minutes of conversation it seems that I have known her for many years. She's like a big diamond on an expensive piece of jewelry, and talking to her has been a special pleasure. A great place with attentive service. The hostess is an incredibly sweet, endearing girl, she welcomed us very cordially and successfully placed us by the window. The cuisine is good and interesting. Of the novelties, I advise you to try strudel with trout, a very unusual option. There's also a wonderful seafood soup. Sea buckthorn lemonade is my other love. In general, I recommend this place and I like to return there myself.
