I've loved this park since I was a kid. It's nice to have such a cozy, peaceful and beautiful place in the city center. The square is always well maintained and sparsely populated.

The place is beautiful and historically significant. But not for walking dogs. I go there almost every day. And no matter what time it takes, such "amateur aristocrats" are sure to come into view, and not even in single numbers, especially in the evening. Will the city authorities finally put this in order here, in the very center of the capital? In the order of addition. At the moment, signs with a warning about administrative responsibility for dog walking have been installed at the entrance to the square. Indeed, the "aristocrats" have decreased, but individuals still exist. It would be more effective to publish information in the media about the results of raids to catch violators of the rules of keeping and walking animals. Because it's blatant arrogance to walk dogs in the center of the capital. And not only in the central square, but also in Gorky Park, such subjects periodically appear, ignoring warnings!
