On June 5, a passenger service will be launched to the Belarusian station Alesha in the Vitebsk region from Velikiye Luki and Sokolniki in the Pskov region under a simplified border control procedure
Trains will run on Wednesdays once a week. So, train No. 6655 Velikiye Luki – Alyosha will depart at 06.57 and arrive at the final station at 09.57. In the opposite direction, train No. 6658 will depart at 15.54 with arrival in Velikiye Luki at 18.48.
Train No. 6657 Novosokolniki – Alyosha will depart at 12.55 and arrive at 15.44. In the opposite direction, train No. 6656 will leave at 10.07 and arrive at 12.46 in Novosokolniki. Russian Railways clarified that passenger transportation will be carried out by the RA-2 rail bus. The travel time is indicated up to three hours.
It is noted that the trains are docked to transfer to a commuter train in Polotsk.

In the mid-70s, a neighbor took me with her for berries- for blueberries, we got there by freight train from Velikiye Luki, we collected a bucket of blueberries for the whole day, such a warm memory from distant childhood about this station name.
