I've stayed at the AliSer Guest house 5 times this year, and I'll be back next year. There is no more beautiful guest house than this one. We are very pleased with the attentive, helpful and hospitable hosts: Alinochka and Sergey. They were met from the train, taken to the store for shopping. At the meeting, we were treated to the most delicious compote (2 three-liter jars). The rooms are clean and homely. The rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, kettle and everything you need for a tea party (goodies). There is a toilet on the floor and in some rooms. There are plenty of different dishes in the kitchen. There is enough space for everyone, no one interferes. Each kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, oven, electric stove and 2 large refrigerators. The territory of the guest house is large and green, surrounded by fruit trees, a vineyard and palm trees. All fruits are eaten directly from the tree, the owners allow you to eat in any quantity. I also like the location of the guest house, which is close to the sea and the sights. I advise everyone to come on vacation to the Paradise branch, the AliSer guest house. I would like to say once again a huge THANK YOU for the opportunity to relax in this magical place to Alinka and Sergey. Wish prosperity and all the best. I'll be back!

The most excellent seaside vacation is right here. We were with our family in July 2024, we liked everything, the beach was nearby, there were dolphins almost every day. The hosts Sergey and Alina are very positive and friendly people. We ate nectarines and peaches from trees for free. And they also cut up lavrushki at home. Very clean rooms, quiet rooms, great campers to sit with in the evenings. Sergey kindly provided his guitar to play. We will definitely come again, but probably this year in the fall. We are watching the construction of the second guest house and, of course, measuring the sea temperature every day on the canal, we put 👍))) We will definitely come to this Branch of Paradise.

We've been vacationing here for the third year in a row.There is no better place in Abkhazia.The hosts Seryozha and Alinka are very hospitable, kind-hearted people.The house and rooms are perfectly clean, the bed is ironed and fragrant.The toilet is in perfect condition.The territory is in the cleanest condition.There is everything you need in the kitchen.:freezers,dishes,stove,microwave,electric kettle.Everything is in excellent condition.There are 50 steps to the sea from the gate.The beach of piachano is pebbly.Be quiet.This is a heavenly place, especially for those who love silence.And those who want to have fun are very close to Sukhum.People don't listen to those who write all sorts of nasty things.These are just the people who have never been here in such a wonderful place, they are just jealous, or those who may have been here, but they do not behave like one, and they write nasty things out of anger.In any case, do not believe such people and be sure to come to this wonderful Paradise.
