I was in Abkhazia for the first time and booked a room at Alistair's guest house on the recommendation. I was very afraid that I would be disappointed, because they told me that Abkhazia has terrible service and living conditions, but I did not regret for a minute that I stayed in this wonderful place! Firstly, 3 minutes to the sea, the sea is clean, quiet, the waves are small compared to neighboring beaches, and there are not many people (to make it clear, at the height of the season, in July, there are 5 meters between the mats). The house itself is quite clean, we took a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony and were very satisfied. It has all the amenities, a large bed, a TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a large wardrobe, a comfortable shower room with a sink and toilet. There is always hot water, without interruptions, which is very important, because there is a boiler for 100 liters in each room. There is an ironing board in the hallway where you can iron clothes, and on the ground floor there are 2 washing machines to do laundry. Also downstairs there is a kitchen with everything you need and a barbecue area. Those who come to relax by car, there is Parking on site. But the most important thing that attracts here is the attitude of the hosts towards the guests. The owners are 2 twin brothers who try to do everything to make the guests feel comfortable and pleasant in the house! I saw one of them, he came every day, asked what was needed, sat with the guests in the kitchen and communicated in a friendly way, which made the atmosphere sincere and relaxed. After the trip, I still have a pleasant aftertaste from the Abkhazian calorite, the warm sea and snowy mountains, and of course, a hospitable home, where I definitely want to return!

It's a wonderful place! The hospitable host of the house, 3 minutes from the sea. The Lighthouse restaurant is nearby. In other words: "everything is under the nose." The host took care of the transfer, without extra charges and deception. There is a kitchen on the ground floor, but we did not use it because the restaurant has reasonable prices. The beach is almost wild without breakwaters, wide. Sun beds in this area are 200 rubles. Although the area itself is far from the center, this is only for the best (you should have seen what is happening in the center in the evening.) Also, the Narta restaurant was recommended to us in the house, which is located on the coast in the center. The prices and quality are not lost, they are worthy for a good evening.
