The other day we went on an excursion to the Alivaria Museum, and it was just great! 🎉
There are two types of excursions: one is dedicated to different types of beer and their tasting, and the second is dedicated to the beer production process. We chose the first one, and honestly, it was a great decision! 😍
I recommend making an appointment in advance so as not to miss the opportunity. During the tour, we immersed ourselves in the world of beer: we learned about its different types, which food is better to combine them with, how to drink properly and even from which glasses. 🍺
The tasting was a real journey for gourmets — each beer was given interesting characteristics. It was not only delicious, but also informative! 📚
In general, if you want to learn more about beer and get new taste sensations, be sure to visit this museum. I recommend it 100%! 👍

A very interesting tour! Such a high assessment, because from the very beginning to the very end, we were accompanied everywhere by a girl guide, Maria. A pleasant girl, tells everything very positively, is attentive to all people) even noticed that one girl was pregnant and at the end of the tour she treated her to a jar of water, which was very useful😇 the production itself is not very large, but interesting. The origin story was very surprising! I recommend everyone to visit. And at the tasting they even provide a choice: alcoholic or non-alcoholic beer. It's nice that anyone can try it! You can take an interesting tour of the factory with a tasting. Enter the factory, visit several rooms, feel the heat of the vats of beer, and then go to cool down in the bar - light and dark beer at 0.33, there are also non-alcoholic options for those who wish. Alivaria belongs to Karslberg. It was interesting for me to compare it with the Mytishchi brewery, where the bottling line is shown, and in general the plant is more modern. After a very long time of living in Minsk, we finally decided to go to the museum of Alivaria with the company.
The impression of the tour:
We got a very good guide, she presented all the material vividly and interestingly.
the historical part of the museum is most memorable, because you get to the place where the path of production of Belarusian brewing began.
I remember the fact that the plant remained untouched even during the Second World War and continued its work even in those days.
it all ended with a tasting, where we were taught the art of drinking beer and how to properly experience it.
In general, we were all satisfied and the tour is definitely worth the money)

I liked the tasting itself, but there were only two types of beer and at least some snacks were missing, even the most bland crackers. During the tour, you will learn about the varieties of beer, the peculiarities of cooking, and if you choose a tour along the Historical route, two beers are offered for tasting at the end.

The museum is good, I love history and it was interesting to hear about one of the oldest beer factories in Belarus. During the tour, they showed the old part of the plant, part of the production and conducted a tasting. I wish there were more dates to sign up for the tour, but in principle I did not see any disadvantages)

I've been wanting to visit the brewing museum for a long time. It was bad that there were few dates falling on the day off. And this year we were lucky. The history of the plant is very interesting. We visited the workshops, it is clear that in the 21st century everything is hidden in cars, and they are not allowed on the bottling line, but it is understandable that this is due to sanitary standards. At the end of the tour, there is a tasting of 2 beers of 300 ml each. I would like more varieties, but, for example, 200 ml or 100 ml. Headsets were issued, so the guide was clearly audible.

We were on an excursion on 07/02/24, at 12:00, which was conducted by Maria. There are a number of shortcomings: the tasting room has not worked out information on the stands, on the set of raw materials in glasses on the tables.
Information about the Great Patriotic War was incorrectly presented: during the war years, "good Germans" brewed beer in Minsk... The activities of underground workers at the plant are called a legend... According to the guide, almost only Jews lived in Minsk during the war years... At the end of the tour, Maria once again stressed that during the war years, kind German guys came to us, and Germany is a good country ...
And all this on the eve of INDEPENDENCE DAY...

We spent 45 minutes in the so-called historical hall, where near the electronic screen in the terrible stuffiness, the guide tried to tell everything about this plant from the king of peas to the technology of beer production. Завод и музей удобно расположены недалеко от центра города. По время посещения выдают аудиогид.
Экскурсовод грамотный, разбирается в своём деле, интересно и увлекательно рассказывает историю старого завода и технологию производства пива.
В конце экскурсии - дегустация))) А непьющих угостят безалкогольным пивом.

Positive. A pleasant guide. It is clearly audible (they give out "audio guides" and headphones). It's interesting to tell.
Minuses. A tour of the production is a big word. Mixing and fermentation tanks are shown. The filling line and control laboratories are not included in the tour. The museum is small. It's just a couple of barrels and images of the first owners. The tasting includes only 2 beers. Moreover, for some reason, one of the varieties is not produced by the factory (this was the case with us).
In general, I expected more from the tour.
