I would like to express my gratitude to the Alcor agency for its professional approach and in particular to Jan Chmielewski for the work done. The sale of the apartment was potentially difficult, also through a power of attorney. But Yan, as a professional, arranged the sale in the shortest possible time and in such a way that both I, as the owner, and the trustee went through the entire transaction calmly and, most importantly, prepared. Jan explained at all stages what would happen now, what documents would be needed, what difficulties we might face. He took on the responsibilities of showing the apartment to buyers and generally helped wherever he could. My interests were fully taken into account, but I noticed that the attitude towards the buyer was the same. In general, I recommend the agency and Ian as a professional who understands the market, knows how to solve complex issues and saves you time and nerves.

От первого дня обращение в Алькор и до момента заселения уже в новое жилье, Светлана всегда была на связи, помогала, подсказывала, все объясняла и находила выходы из всех ситуаций. В нашей семье случилось такая ситуация, что после развода возникла необходимость продажи трехкомнатной квартиры, раздела долей и покупки встречного варианта. Сказать, что купля-продажа в нашем случаи были сложными, ничего не сказать), но Светлана с пониманием и душой относилась ко всем неурядицам, находила общий язык со всеми участниками сделки, помогла решить юридические вопросы и вот, всего спустя месяц после начала нашего сотрудничества, мы с семьей уже обустраиваем свое новое, просторное, двухкомнатное жилье (хотя изначально очень переживали, что финансово не потянем), которое по нашим желаниям и возможностям тоже подобрала Светлана. Это наша вторая сделка с Ириной (агентство «Алькор»). Отличный специалист! Очень ответственный и порядочный человек, умеющая держать все под контролем, которой можно всецело доверять. На протяжении всех этапов нашего взаимодействия она в любое время была на связи. Мне кажется, что если бы пришлось позвонить ей среди ночи с очередным вопросом, я бы услышала как всегда бодрый голос, готовый выслушать и проконсультировать))). Удивительная работоспособность! Продаваемая нами квартира была расположена на первом этаже. Прямо скажем, не все даже рассматривают первый этаж в качестве возможного для проживания. Тем не менее Ирине удалось найти нового владельца на нашу квартиру в течении месяца. Все этапы, от подписания договора с агентством до завершения сделки в БТИ прошли быстро без каких-либо проволочек. Профессионализм чувствовался на всех этапах. Приятно, что среди всего изобилия предложений от агентств существует такой уровень сервиса. Советую.
