The room is perfectly clean, daily cleaning, everything is working, comfortable and cozy. Breakfasts are served in the best traditions of Turkish cuisine, but with a pleasant variety. The hotel is perfect for those who actively explore the city — after a busy day, you can really relax and recover here. The days were so busy that even the muezzin could not be heard. 😊 All transport is nearby, I went down - there is a metro nearby, a bunch of buses, I went up a little - 1 tram, I walked a little Marmaray, a ferry. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and restaurants around. There are 2 supermarkets nearby, one of them is Carrefour. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for quality, convenience and a warm atmosphere!

Bedbugs and cockroaches. Ruined the whole vacation. On the very first night, bed bugs were found in the room. After the complaint, they were moved to another room. Upon returning from a trip to Cappadocia, we were checked back into this hotel, where cockroaches were already waiting for us in a new room. We spent an hour and a half at night clarifying our relations with the administration. At night, instead of sleeping, they caught insects. The hotel does not meet the stated 4 stars in terms of cleanliness and scarcity of breakfast. Don't settle here if you value your rest and health. Risk bringing "surprises" home in your luggage
