The first time I came across such arrogance, I came, they didn't ask me anything and told me to wait for the master to be free, they ignored me for more than 20 minutes and instead of asking what I came about, the employee started chatting with the guy who came after me, after more than 30 minutes I came up and asked when someone will come up to me, they told me that they have a queue like in a hospital, that is, there is not a minute to ask why I did not come, but to have lunch with a guy who came after and chat there is time. As a result, I was reluctantly escorted to another room where I didn't have what I needed. And for this, I spent so much time stupidly sitting in the hallway, although it could have been solved within a minute after I arrived. This attitude is like it's me and not them at work and I owe them something. I wish the employee to wait for 25 minutes every time she comes somewhere and only then find out that she wasted her time.
