In this store, I purchased a Shimano speed shifter. I ordered a switch of one model, but they brought me another one. I decided not to return this part, since the switch was suitable for the number of speeds. After that, I noticed that the switch was not original, the bolts immediately began to lose their edges after tightening, the appearance was worn and the parts were made of low-quality material.
I turned a blind eye to all this, as the seller kindly made the delivery at his own expense. But a day after installation, I decided to adjust the tension of the cable on the switch and it broke. Now he doesn't change speeds at all.
I wrote to the seller to find out about the possibility of warranty repairs, but the seller refused warranty repairs immediately after hearing that the switch was broken. The seller has been ignoring my messages for several days now.
I do not recommend contacting this store, as you risk losing money.
