I leased 3 cars through Alfin. All wishes are taken into account. They picked up everything for my convenience. Everything is fast, day in, day out. A big plus is that weekends are open. Can I recommend it? Yes. As for the staff, I would like to mention Ekaterina T., a great job, thanks to her approach, I took a few cars. But the sediment remained for the manager Andrey, the patient is already busy, he does not respond for several days - both in correspondence and on calls. I wanted to close the lease ahead of schedule, I received information for several days, Ekaterina T. quickly helped with her workload (on her day off). I definitely recommend it and yes, we have discounts for regular customers, which is very nice) Good luck, develop and stay the same pleasant company.

In general, a good company, I have been its client for 2 years, I took 3 cars. According to the terms, everything is fine. Manager Ekaterina T. works for two, I decided to close the lease, although my manager for the car who conducted the transaction was Andrey. But, he's a very busy man...so much so that he cannot give a clear answer for 2 days, and indeed an answer, not counting ignoring for half a day. Therefore, let's summarize it once again:
The leasing company is good!
The conditions are also human.
But the employment of managers, including their salaries, can be reviewed in a human way. Ekaterina definitely needs a bonus and an allowance, she's doing great, and the attitude is super towards the client, unlike...

I quit and overdue the payment, I received a text message about the debt, I was called from the car to the office under threat of a fine if I did not show up, I thought they would take me away. I arrived, the car was photographed, then I was invited to talk, asked why I didn't pay, and I was given the opportunity to postpone payment. The interest is lower when there were delays a couple of times in the first lease - they politely called, reminded me, I explained that I was waiting for a salary from the company, they said it was okay. Terrible attitude towards people . They did not have time to come to them, they immediately refused us without checking us.
The wife still made sure that they checked and gave an answer. The answer was given 3 days later that the application was considered . Wait. Then they called . Leave a deposit for the car and wait , we'll get out of quarantine , we 'll arrange everything , then we called back a month later . The overpayment for a car is outrageous , more than in other leases . They sit, they don't do anything, they don't want to work. We had a good credit history. They did not refuse, but on the contrary estimated the car at a minimum of 7,500, although the cheapest car cost 9,500. And the advance payment should have been made not 20% but 35% . Awful. We were not satisfied . I don't recommend it .
After that, we turned to mogo . We checked it within an hour, gave an answer, and issued it the next day.
