No one apologized, the difference for staying in a room of the lower category was not returned, the manager of the main one was not told, there would be no hotline only in Georgian or in Georgian English😏 Apart from the top view of Batumi, there are no advantages!!! The room was cleaned alone! Once You won't get enough sleep - the beds are small and uncomfortable, the pillows suck, the noise outside the window until 2 a.m., even on the 36th floor! Music, beeping, motorcycles... It is impossible to sleep!!! This Maryam clearly demonstrates her aversion to Russians. And no one to whom you can complain about it!!! I will not go back there anymore! And I don't advise anyone. It is better to live outside the city, mountains, sea, silence. And in Batumi, you can only go for walks, a 15 - 30min drive
