The hotel stay was disappointing mainly because of the parking situation. They do not have enough parking spaces for all guests, which caused constant issues. The parking attendant kept calling me almost every hour asking me to move my car from one place to another, which was extremely inconvenient. Also, the hotel is located in a very unpleasant area of Tbilisi, not a good location for travelers.

Excellent hotel in a residential area of Tbilisi. The location may not seem very good, but in fact you can get to the center both by metro and on foot. There is parking and there are parking spaces!) The rooms are clean, there are full beds for children, not cots or sofas. The room is cozy and not crowded, and excellent breakfasts are waiting for you in the morning. Russian-speaking staff is available. For its price, it's just a gift. We stayed in two hotels in Tbilisi on this trip, so the Alliance is the best! I won't even look for another hotel next time.

Great view from the window, nice spacious room, very clean, the bed linen and towels are snow-white and fresh, the bed is comfortable. Overall, the hotel is new and looks very neat, discreet and stylish. Very high level of service, Russian-speaking staff, everyone always says hello and is ready to help with any question. The breakfasts are excellent! The metro and McDonald's are 10 minutes away from the hotel.
