I had to change the roof last year. The previous flexible roof tiles had served for 10 years, but there were leaks in places and the OSB rotted. we chose between metal tiles and natural ones. We practically did not participate in the roof repair: the builders and sellers agreed on everything necessary among themselves, the bill was paid remotely. The materials arrived at a convenient time for the builders.Prices were requested not only here. I liked that the price was not too high, and they made a discount on the kit. I bought tiles and consumables for its installation from them. There were no questions. But the last order put an end to cooperation with this company. I bought a drainage system, there were no three drain knees available. I paid for everything, thinking that they would appear soon and I would pick them up later. The construction is still underway and these elements were not badly burned. I periodically reminded them of myself, and they fed me some stories about unformed cars that were supposed to arrive from Moldova. So A YEAR has passed! As a result, I found these three knees on the first call and took them from the same warehouse, where I learned from the storekeeper that these items were always available. It seems that no one was going to fulfill the contract... The application for a refund was silently withdrawn at the office.
