Yandex does not have the opportunity to write an answer to it .., but I will answer here: 1- positive reviews on this network in Mozyr can only be written by interested people, since there is no consultation and service here, in principle, the buyer is told incorrectly about everything, starting from the consumer qualities of the product, ending with installments. 2- Sales consultants are inattentive, impolite, engaged in extraneous business at the workplace, the impression that you do not go to the store, but personally to their home and ask for something unclear. 3- dirty floors (I suppose it is connected with the first point). 4- prices. 5- assortment. 6- I do not understand the owners of the company in connection with the listed shoals, this is not a charity bazaar for sales consultants... Well, it's none of my business.)))) I hope I have explained in an accessible way why such a review. No matter what, I wish you the development and financial success of your company.

Today I was once again convinced that free cheese is only in a mousetrap. The saying "Sucker is fate" is about me. I decided to buy my son a phone. Entering the salon, first of all, I asked the sellers if it was possible to purchase the product in installments without a down payment. The girls replied that it was possible. She said that the phone was for her 8-year-old son, and she needed something budget-friendly. The girls, by the way, are polite and courteous. Several models were offered, naming their price. I chose the Xiaomi Redmi 5 model. By the way, the price of similar devices on the Internet varies from 290 to 340 rubles. I was told the cost of 329 rubles. Unobtrusively, voluntarily and forcibly, a protective glass was added to the phone (the price is about 10 rubles) and a silicone case (about 18 rubles). The consultants sent a request to the bank for loan approval, and within 20 minutes a positive response was received. The girls, of course, announced the monthly payment to me, but my head probably didn't work well from the heat))) and my calculator in my head did not correlate the payment amount with the final price of the product. My son was happy about the purchase. And somehow I forgot the money. After thinking a little, I still clarified whether it was too much for a monthly payment, to which the consultants politely replied that the cost of insurance was included here, and this practice was in all salons of the city. By the way, the insurance is 80 rubles!!! It's not a happy ending yet. When I returned home with the purchase, I unfolded the sheet of the loan agreement, which I signed without looking. And the amount surprised me, to put it mildly - 517 rubles. I called the store back to clarify the information, the consultant girl told me that this phone really costs 329 rubles, BUT this is if I bought it immediately or on credit. And in installments, such a model costs 389 rubles. Of course, the sellers did not immediately inform me about this. Perhaps I would have chosen a cheaper product or postponed the purchase. Well, now let's count on a sober head, the phone is 329 (as on the price tag), the protective glass is 10 rubles, the silicone case is 18 rubles. We will receive 357 rubles. In total, I was "heated" by 160 rubles. What I want to say in conclusion, one thing is for sure - it's my own fault. BUT, dear sales consultants, I understand that you are "sitting on a percentage", but there is also a human factor. You can't do that to people. And if suddenly someone from the administration wants to apologize to me, please don't. Leave apologies for the next stunned customers. Thanks for your attention!
