Please deal with this situation as soon as possible!!!! My son came to you as a tourist and purchased a Samsung A06 phone at the latest showroom. In the evening, I found that the camera was freezing and the next day I came to the seller with a request for an exchange. The seller made it clear that the situation can only be resolved through a service center, as this is a technically complex product. The law on consumer protection clearly states that within 14 days, if a defect is detected, the consumer has the right to return the money. On what basis was the buyer denied a refund or exchange? The phone was sent to the service center, and the receipt was taken from my son. It turns out that the consumer bought a new phone, and the repaired one will be returned to his hands. Moreover, he did not pay for a used phone, but paid for a new device. And if the phone doesn't return before my son leaves for the salon, neither the money nor the phone will be returned to him. Are you guys serious? I ask you to resolve this issue on 15.08 by either refunding the funds or replacing them with a new phone without defects, otherwise I will file a pre-trial claim and further demand compensation for the days when the buyer could not use the phone, and the funds were with the seller. I hope for a peaceful resolution of the situation. Ps: Teach your sales people how to communicate. When my relatives said that they had come to stay and would be returning to their country soon and asked to resolve the issue faster, the employee said that if he had come to another country, he would not have bought anything there so as not to face such problems. Where is your customer focus? I am waiting for the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

The bottom! I have issued a SIM card to stay in Minsk for 5 days. The monthly rate. On the 5th day at 6-20, I found out that my phone was blocked because of this SIM card! It's good that I found this piece of plastic that had a puk on it. It's funny that a girl is sitting at the counter, playing on her phone and sending everyone to a colleague's queue. It's even more funny that they don't care what happened.

Terrible store. We bought headphones, a month later one began to wheeze and phonate heavily, and lose connection with the phone. They brought it back under warranty, the seller did not even check it, they sent it to some service center. As a result, this "independent service center" (not for nothing in quotes) did not reveal any shortcomings. That is, any person will hear them with the naked ear, and the service center has not identified… And lo and behold, the store refused to exchange or refund the money, referring to the fact that we would conduct an independent examination at our own expense, thinking that no one would conduct an examination for 300 rubles for headphones for 100 rubles. Is it really easier for you to butt heads with customers in such ways? After all, if you do everything fairly, these buyers will never come back to you. But you have the opposite)) In general, the service is terrible, it's not the first time I've encountered this store and there are always some problems out of the blue.. Now after reading the reviews on different portals, it becomes clear that the case is not an isolated one. Not a foot in this store anymore.

On November 7, I purchased a cleaning vacuum cleaner in Lida. Upon arrival home in Minsk on November 10, I discovered that the vacuum cleaner was not supplying water. I took him to the Galileo salon in Minsk. They said they would check for 2 weeks. Well, OK, but I had to call myself on the third week and find out what and how. They said that the response was received, the product was defective and they could refund the money or replace the product. Why didn't anyone tell me???? Ok. Let's change it. But the model turns out to be out of stock, you need to bring it to the store, you need 2-3 days for this. Okay, I agreed. It's just been more than a week and 3 calls to the salon to get the product. They called back and told me to come and pick it up, but before 18.00, as I need to write an application. I took time off from work, came to the salon, wrote a statement. They said we need to wait, they'll give it back within an hour. Okay, I guess I'll wait. But I've been waiting for 1.40 minutes and no one is calling? Is it really impossible to organize your work in such a way that if you have "jambs" at work, then solve the issue as quickly as possible!!! I highly recommend not a specific salon, but the company as a whole! P.S. I spent there from 14 to 17.00, the issue was not closed and I went home to wait until Monday...

When I came to the store, I set out to buy good wired Panasonic headphones. I did not read or look at anything about these headphones, knowing that there are not many models. Relying on the consultant, who replied to me that there is no difference between rp-hje125 and rp-hje118, I took it based on the color. After checking the headphones at home, I categorically did not like them: they do not fit well in the ear, lack of bass, weak treble and so on. After reading a lot about the Panasonic HJE125, I realized that I took the wrong headphones at all, that there are no such problems in these. This is confirmed by the Panasonic HJE125 from a friend. The refund, which I came to do the very next day, was of course refused to me, because the package was opened ... Conclusion: never trust consultants.

I bought a phone through the online site, on the Hello Plus network. After installing the SIM card, it turned out that the microphone was not working. I brought it under warranty to the Allo Plus store, in the Galileo shopping center, wrote an application for quality control, and the termination of the purchase and sale agreement. The director of the Allo Plus network, Evgeny Litvin, refused to terminate the purchase and sale agreement. They repaired a new phone, which I did not consent to. Also, on the Online site, there are a lot of negative reviews about this company!

When buying a life SIM card:) in this salon, they also hid that they wrote some kind of consultation for 10 byn in the receipt, which should not be at all, so I told them the tariff that is needed, I do not recommend it, they just deceive visitors, use the proximity to the train station.

I bought wireless headphones (they have a one-year warranty). A month later, one of the headphones stopped connecting, I gave it to a quality check, everything was fixed, BUT after a couple of days it stopped working again😊

DO NOT BUY life SIM cards :) DILUTION!!! we arrived in Minsk for a week, we had to buy a SIM card of the local operator Life :) we went to this communication salon because we were near the railway station. Not only that, the Infinite+ SIM card is more expensive by 10 byn than indicated on the iLife website :) for 29.99 byn, instead of 20 byn (for non-residents of the Republic of Belarus), so, even after connecting, it turned out that we only got the Internet with the SIM card, there were no 600 minutes of calls by definition, which the manager was talking about in the salon. I checked the account, there was 0.10 byn on the balance, the calls did not work. If you need a life SIM card:) - buy ONLY in life salons:), which are enough in Minsk.
