we arrived in Minsk for a week, we had to buy a SIM card of the local operator Life :) we went to this communication salon because we were near the railway station. Not only that, the Infinite+ SIM card is more expensive by 10 byn than indicated on the iLife website :) for 29.99 byn, instead of 20 byn (for non-residents of the Republic of Belarus), so, even after connecting, it turned out that we only got the Internet with the SIM card, there were no 600 minutes of calls by definition, which the manager was talking about in the salon. I checked the account, there was 0.10 byn on the balance, the calls did not work.
If you need a life SIM card:) - buy ONLY in life salons:), which are enough in Minsk.

Terrible store. We bought headphones, a month later one began to wheeze and phonate heavily, and lose connection with the phone. They brought it back under warranty, the seller did not even check it, they sent it to some service center.
As a result, this "independent service center" (not for nothing in quotes) did not reveal any shortcomings. That is, any person will hear them with the naked ear, and the service center has not identified…
And lo and behold, the store refused to exchange or refund the money, referring to the fact that we would conduct an independent examination at our own expense, thinking that no one would conduct an examination for 300 rubles for headphones for 100 rubles. Is it really easier for you to butt heads with customers in such ways? After all, if you do everything fairly, these buyers will never come back to you. But you have the opposite))
In general, the service is terrible, it's not the first time I've encountered this store and there are always some problems out of the blue..
Now after reading the reviews on different portals, it becomes clear that the case is not an isolated one. Not a foot in this store anymore.

When buying a life SIM card:) in this salon, they also hid that they wrote some kind of consultation for 10 byn in the receipt, which should not be at all, so I told them the tariff that is needed, I do not recommend it, they just deceive visitors, use the proximity to the train station.

When I came to the store, I set out to buy good wired Panasonic headphones. I did not read or look at anything about these headphones, knowing that there are not many models. Relying on the consultant, who replied to me that there is no difference between rp-hje125 and rp-hje118, I took it based on the color. After checking the headphones at home, I categorically did not like them: they do not fit well in the ear, lack of bass, weak treble and so on. After reading a lot about the Panasonic HJE125, I realized that I took the wrong headphones at all, that there are no such problems in these. This is confirmed by the Panasonic HJE125 from a friend. The refund, which I came to do the very next day, was of course refused to me, because the package was opened ...
Conclusion: never trust consultants.

I bought a phone through the online site, on the Hello Plus network. After installing the SIM card, it turned out that the microphone was not working. I brought it under warranty to the Allo Plus store, in the Galileo shopping center, wrote an application for quality control, and the termination of the purchase and sale agreement. The director of the Allo Plus network, Evgeny Litvin, refused to terminate the purchase and sale agreement. They repaired a new phone, which I did not consent to. Also, on the Online site, there are a lot of negative reviews about this company!
