We ordered a taxi, found a car, received an SMS that there would be a car in 7 minutes, waited 20 minutes. They called to find out, the dispatcher canceled the order, and they didn't tell us anything.

The operator is a very arrogant lady. He asked when the car would be there. She said wait for the call and they didn't call back.

Очень надеюсь что с ужесточением законов о такси государство обратит внимание на эту контору. Если не хотите потерять ваши средства - не привязывайте в их приложение карту. Произвели двойное списание, при том что заказ был оплачен наличными.
