I was in this store, I wanted to buy AirPods. Then it seemed to me that the sound was strange, and due to a combination of factors, a strange warranty date, it was not possible to check on the official website, I had doubts about the originality. Later, after buying another pair in another place, I realized that perhaps the sound was normal, just the perception was confused against the background of the tense situation, apparently some features of the wholesale purchase. I don't rule out that I jumped to conclusions. But still, I would advise the staff to be a little calmer and clearer in their explanations — the equipment is expensive, and trusting the seller in such things is important.

I rarely leave reviews, but I couldn't pass it by here. The other day I was in a store on Teryan Street. She left there in a rage. I came to buy a specific product, the girls began to give me something else, convince me in all sorts of ways, like: take this, we'll even give you a gift for 15 thousand, there is no difference between what you want and what we give you. Tell that to the developers. I didn't ask you to rape me with stupid questions. I asked a couple of questions to see if the seller knew what he was selling at all, but it turned out not to be very good, because all I heard was: there is no difference between them, honestly, take it. The employee said that so be it, she would look at the warehouse, we stood for a lot of time, unfortunately not in silence, but while they were looking for what I needed, at the same time they convinced me to take another one. As a result, when I asked what was going on with the search for what I needed, the girl got confused in her own words, at first she said that most likely not, but they were still looking, and at the same second she said that they had not found it. I understand perfectly well why this is being done. Disgusting behavior like at the bazaar, I started behaving the same way out of anger. As a result, I left the store and asked my mother to arrange everything without me and did not even open the box to check, I wanted to leave a second earlier. In the end, I took what they were pushing, but that's my problem. The next day, I needed the help of an online consultant, to which the employee said that he could not help. A day later, they called, a girl from another branch came across - Gyumri, a professional in her field, helped, was very correct. I have a lot of experience in selling, you don't need to get involved, you need to first of all respect the buyer, know what you are selling, be able to sell, help and let a person go happy. Anyway, I'm grateful, but I wouldn't come to you a second time.
