Kia with such prices should be made of gold and drive no worse than a Bentley, but alas... You spend on maintenance and repairs like a Bentley, but you still drive a Kia.

Хотел киа серато приобрести. Тест драйв машин нету. Выбрал киа серато 1.6 автомат серый свет. Из серых было две света. Один светлый, второй темно серый. Менеджеру настоял перед оформлением хотя бы самому визуально осметреть машину. Ждал около сорок минут пока искали ключ автомобиля. Машина оказался не автомат а механика, еще темно серый. Потом выбрали белый. При выдоче торжественно не выдает машину, просто ключ передает со стоянки.

Был тут 28.02.2023г.,тут же находится мицубиси центр и СТО.
Сам с Астаны,приобрёл в Алматы Мицубиси Аутлендер 3 2020г.в.,пробреталачь первым хозяином тут же.
Загнал,перед покупкой,на диагностику,порекомендовали почистить дроссельной заслонку,дал согласие,что они якобы сделали.
По дороге в Астану,заметил,что стали плавать обороты двигателя.
По приезду,загнал в Мицубиси центр в Астане,при повторной диагностике выявлено что причина неисправности в грязной дроссельной зачлонке и мне воочию он был показан,есть фото,действительно был грязным.
Пришлось "повторно" чистить и платить.
После чистки все пришло в норму.
Позвонил с претензиями в Алмату,сказали передадут информацию и перезвонят,но так и не дождался,н звонка ни извинений.
Будьте внимательны при обращении в этот сервис,а лучше вообще не обращайтесь.

Персонала не достаточно в сервисе, чтобы заехать и проконсультироваться по любому мелкому вопросу нужно за неделю заранее записываться. Сотрудники отдела продаж наоборот отлично справляются, быстро офрмили документы, подготовили и выдали автомобиль.

Менеджера не заинтересованы, в том что бы клиент вернулся, ну или купил у них машину. В наличии не было той машины, которую я хотела. Они даже не стали записывать мой номер тел, на случай если новое поступление будет. В тот же день связалась с менеджерами киа Доскар с города Астаны, сразу же откликнулись и обслужили.

Посещаю данное заведение третий раз, и окончательно убеждаюсь в их неклиенто ориентированности. Поменять цепь грм на киа сид стоит 1 млн теньге. Такую сумму озвучили на сервисе. Модельный ряд автомобилей большой, но нет никаких скидок, подарков или предложений. Говорят открыто: - машины продаются, не вы так другой

Машину поцарапали, замену тормозной жидкости не сделали, я стал предъявлять, а мне стали объяснять что посмотреть записи камер сейчас нельзя, нужно делать заявку и т.д. а мне уезжать надо... в общем если вы не местный то записывайте на телефон каждых их шаг, а лучше идите в другое место...

периодически бываю здесь на сервисном обслуживании, по телефону да сложно созвонится, но через некоторое время они вам перезванивают. запись длинная, много работы а это значит много кто обращается к их услугам, а этотсамо собой значит что у них хорошее качество обслуживания. из предложений открыть еще один сервисный в городе, сделать акции, и поставить оплату qr, а то мало того что отвыкли носить наличку, так с беспроводными оплатами перестали носить карты, каспи qr и все ништяк.

Очень нравится обслуживание в данном салоне, но есть одно НО- попасть на сервис бывает очень не просто- минимум за неделю запись. Про актуальность или адекватность цен - судить сложно, цены растут везде а на других сервисах не обслуживался. В общем персонал вежливый, работа на уровне, а расходники в случае чего можно и отдельно приобрести.
